Call for Class & Workshop Proposals
Are you passionate about the performing arts? Do you enjoy inspiring kids or adults to discover new ways to express themselves? Have you thought about sharing your talents by developing a performing arts class, workshop, or summer camp? If so, Royal River Community Players (RRCP) may have the perfect venue for you.
RRCP's theater classes have gained great popularity, and this year we aim to expand our offerings. We are seeking proposals from theater arts educators interested in leading innovative programs. Programs should accommodate a minimum of 8 students and a maximum of 18 students, with two instructors (you may propose as a pair, or RRCP can assist in finding support staff). Potential themes include musical theater, singing and music, dance and movement, puppetry, improv, and set or costume design. While we welcome all proposals for all ages, we are particularly interested in ideas for students aged 6-10 and parent-child classes.
Our Playhouse is conveniently located just off Exit 15 on Rt. 1 in Yarmouth. It features an 80+ seat black box theater, a green room, and a breakout space.
If you are interested in submitting a proposal or would like more information, please contact us at [contact information]. We look forward to the possibility of working with you to inspire the next generation of performers!
