Summer Camps 

Caleb is an experienced actor and theater educator with a B.A. in Theater from SUNY Plattsburgh. He specializes in youth-focused theater, having worked with the Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine as a performer, stage manager, technical theater intern, and after-school program educator. Caleb is passionate about helping young artists build creativity, confidence, and teamwork. He has directed youth productions including *Annie Jr.* at Stages and *Tuck Everlasting* (TYA edition) at Gorham Middle School. Caleb builds supportive and empowering relationships with students, helping them grow as artists and individuals. Recent performance roles include Larry in The SpongeBob Musical (Lyric Music Theater), Gus in White (Mad Horse Theatre Company), and Wilbur in Charlotte’s Web (Maddy’s Theatre). Caleb looks forward to nurturing the next generation of performers through meaningful and enriching theater experiences.

Tyler Costigan has been performing for stage and screen for over 30 years, most recently with Mad Horse Theatre in South Portland. Tyler spent the summer of 2022 at the Celebration Barn Theater, training in Advanced Eccentric Performance under the instruction of Avner (“The Eccentric”) Eisenberg, and performed at the Barn's 50th Anniversary celebration alongside some of the world's funniest people. In 2018 Tyler discovered his passion for teaching young performers and has since led workshops at True North Theatre, Ten Bucks Theatre, and The Grand. He served for one year as the theatre director at Ellsworth Middle School, and has just finished his second year as director at Jordan Small Middle School in Raymond.

Jacob Boyce and Lauren Murphy are thrilled to be returning for their 5th summer with RRCP as co-teachers! Together, they bring a dynamic blend of expertise in dance, music, and theater. Jacob is a professional drag performer and award-winning choreographer with a BA in Dance from The Joan Phelps Palladino School of Dance. He has spent a decade choreographing musical theater for schools across Maine, and teaches at his private studio in Portland’s State Theatre Building. Outside of teaching, Jacob produces and performs at local drag residencies. Lauren, a passionate music educator since 2013, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from the University of Southern Maine. She directs and music directs for community theater, and currently performs with the Portland-based a cappella group “The Pine State Pitches.” Lauren is delighted to return to RRCP, bringing her love of music and theater to camp.
